Back In Action Fitness Equipment is dedicated to keeping your fitness equipment safe, working great and running smooth.

Offering service to all brands of equipment including strength and cardio, please call or contact by email (select Contact Us) and we will get back with you to schedule a service call.  All services are performed on site (in your home or facility) unless otherwise necessary.

Back In Action is a Certified service provider for: Johnson Health Tech including Matrix, Vision and Horizon, Core Health & Fitness including Star Trac, StairMaster and Schwinn IC Bikes, Life Fitness, Cybex, and ICON Health & Fitness.  Back In Action is also an Authorized service provider for Octane Fitness, Cascade Bike Trainers, Landice, LifeSpan, ICON Health & Fitness including Nordic Track, Proform, FreeMotion, HealthRider, Epic, Weslo & Image.

Pricing:  Service calls are a $125.00 flat rate for the first half hour and $125/0.25 hr thereafter within Bend city limits, anything outside city limits will include a $100/hr travel charge with a $50.00 minimum.

Service areas are:  Central Oregon – primary area (Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Prineville, Madras, LaPine).  Southern Oregon – secondary area (Medford, Grants Pass, Ashland, Klamath Falls).   We also accommodate all of Oregon, fees will apply.

Preventative Maintenance:  Your equipment is important, BIA offers PM programs to protect your investment from prematurely failing, please contact for pricing information.

  1. Hello, we live in Powell Butte and I have a SOLE’ brand F80 treadmill. The nice man who is at least part owner of the business is the only person that I’ll let touch my treadmill. My name is Randy, and I hired you folks and the owner man person to set it up and assemble the unit when I first bought it about 5 years ago.
    I called and was told to do what I’m doing in order to schedule a service at my house with the specific person that I’m hoping to get a hold of. My cell # is 541-815-3566, re: the scheduling, I need to schedule the visit/service on a Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday after 11 am. (My mother is terminally ill, and I need to work around her schedule)
