Natural Running Motion

The ZR7000 offers a more comfortable way to walk, jog or run by minimizing repetitive, stressful impact. Independent hip and knee joints on the machine enable exercisers to replicate their natural strides, up to 58 inches, at their own pace. Stride tracing technology (smart console only) enables users to monitor their stride throughout workouts to ensure consistent, proper form.

With 15 resistance levels, exercisers can race on the flats or tackle hills, and choose from multiple programs, including interval training, distance and calorie goals.

Convenient Cross Training

Beyond just cardio training, the ZR7000 features Octane’s exclusive CROSS CiRCUIT, which combines intervals on the Zero Runner with strength and stretching exercises off the machine for greater challenge, efficiency and overall fitness. The smart console offers video demonstrations of the exercises and coaching tips to improve performance, and fitness centers also can utilize CROSS CiRCUIT for profitable small group training.
