GET RX’D COMPETITION ECON FLAT BENCH

The Competition Econ Flat Bench is a 3″x3″ tubing, 2mm thick steel (slightly thicker than 14-gauge) flat bench. It features a lighter frame than our Competition Heavy Flat Bench which makes it easier to move, but lowers the weight rating.

Great for the standard bench press, Bulgarian split squats, dips, and other fundamental exercises. The Get RX’d Competition Econ Flat Bench is the perfect addition to any home or commercial gym. The Competition Econ Flat Bench also comes with a fixed handle and added transport wheels, making it easily mobile and great for anyone with space concerns. Move it in, move it out.

• Suitable for those that like to be further from the ground
• 18.7″ from ground to top of pad
• 4.5″ thick and 12.6″ width of pad
• Overall footprint of bench: 54.4″ length x 23.2″ width x 18.7″ height

(3) Competition Heavy Flat Bench: Frame + Hefty-Wide Flat Bench Pad
• Matches IPF competition flat bench specifications for everything except height from ground and width of pad
• Hefty-Wide Flat Bench Pad is 4.5″ thick and 14.9″ wide
• Suitable for those that like to be further from the ground
• 18.66″ from ground to top of pad
• 4.5″ thick and an additional 2″ of width of pad at 14.6″ width of pad
• Overall footprint of bench: 54.4″ length x 23.2″ width x 18.7″ height
