The NordicTrack AirGlide 7i has an incline range of -5% to 15% and 22 levels of magnetic resistance. It uses these performance specs to create a fun training experience with iFIT. The elliptical can be used without a subscription, but iFIT gives you access to all of the classes and additional smart features. The AirGlide has a 7-inch touchscreen, which is a good option for users who choose to use either iFIT or the built in programming.  The pedals are adjustable and the handles are roomy, so training on the 7i should be comfortable.
